Exchange & Return


Policy

Items purchased on this Site can be exchanged or returned by courier services only. Our retail stores do not accept any exchange(s) or return(s) for the items purchased on this Site.

The delivery cost incurred in the exchange or return is borne by customer. However, customer will get refund on the delivery cost for defective, incorrect or missing item(s) in your order.


Timeframe and validity

All exchange and return requests need to be raised within 10 days for Hong Kong's and Macau's orders and 14 days for China's and Taiwan's orders, after the order is dispatched. 

Item(s) must be returned to YGM Group within 3 working days for Hong Kong's and Macau's orders and 7 working days for China's and Taiwan's orders, after exchange and return request is raised.

Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all tags intact and in the original packaging. It must be sent back with the valid delivery note downloaded and printed from member's account during the "Exchange & Return" process.

Customer who used Guest Checkout, please refer to the information provided in the order dispatch confirmation e-mail for exchange or return.


Procedure

Member can login your account, go to "My Order", locate the order and click "Exchange" or "Return" button to select the item(s) that need to be exchanged or returned.

Follow the step-by-step guide to download the delivery note, enter the courier name and tracking number of your return parcel and return us the item(s) with the delivery note for processing.

Customer cannot do exchange and return at the same time for the same order. If the stated condition occurs, customer can return the items that to be exchanged and returned in the same order, and create a new order for the item(s) that to be exchanged. Exchange

Items purchased on this Site are eligible for a one-time exchange in different size or colour (except for non-exchangeable items).

If the same item(s) in different size or colour is unavailable, customer can select return item(s). Your refund will include delivery cost (according to the districts charges on this Site).


Non-exchangeable / non-returnable items

Certain items listed on this Site are non-exchangeable and non-returnable such as:

  • eGift Card
  • Socks
  • Swimwear
  • Item(s) that appear worn, washed, ironed or contain odors such as perfume, cologne, tobacco

If item(s) returned falls under the stated condition, it will be sent back to the original shipping address without exchange or refund. The delivery cost incurred will be borne by customer.


Defective, incorrect or missing item(s)

If customer received item(s) with the stated issues, please contact our Customer Service at cs@ygmshop.com within 3 days upon receipt of the item(s).


Return and refund

Items purchased on this Site are eligible for refund (except for non-refundable items).

Upon the receipt of the return item(s) in original condition, your refund will be processed by the the credit card issuer or payment service provider. It shall take up to 4 to 6 weeks to credit into the customer's payment account.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original delivery cost, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error such as defective, incorrect or missing item(s).

If customer was offered free delivery when the order is placed, returning the item(s) may result in the original order unable to meet the free delivery requirement. In that case, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund (You will be prompted during the "Return" process).

If customer was offered free gift(s) when the order is placed, returning the item(s) may result in the original order unable meet the free gift(s) offer requirement. In that case, the free gift(s) needs to be returned with the item(s) or your refund will NOT be processed.


Price adjustment

As an eCommerce business, our price adjusts in response to fashion trend, stock and market demand. In that case, we will not issue a refund for the price(s) adjusted.
