Place an order
Customer simply adds the item(s) to shopping cart, login and go through the checkout process. Order summary will be stored in member's account.
Customer can also check out order as a Guest. Order confirmation e-mail and order-related communication will be sent to the e-mail address provided during Guest Checkout. Please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Customer will receive an automated e-mail acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order.
If you have placed an order successfully but do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your Spam/Junk E-mail folder. Alternatively, member can check if you have provided a valid e-mail address on your profile page.
Order cannot be modified or cancelled once it is placed successfully.
However, customer can request exchange or return and refund upon receipt of the item(s)/parcel. For details, please visit "Exchange and Return" page.
